Show Gopher is Seattle’s newest concert calendar. Our goal is to connect fans, musicians, and the venues who host them, to help grow our city’s awesome live music scene. We don’t sell tickets, and we aren’t affiliated with any venue or production company. So check out who’s playing tonight at your favorite club or local pub, pick one that looks fun, and gopher it!

Show Gopher is an independent software project. We are currently seeking creative collaborators who are passionate about supporting local bands and music venues. If you are interested in being part of our project please email us at contact@showgopher.live

Listings are only as accurate and complete as the source pages we read them from, and venues sometimes change details (or cancel shows) after we’ve already pulled the listing. Always confirm date, time, and ticket details on the venue’s own site or ticketing page before you head out.

Information We Collect

Show Gopher does not require an account, and we do not ask you to provide any personal information (name, email, payment details, etc.) to use the site. We don’t run any analytics or advertising trackers.

Our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information for every request (e.g. IP address, browser user agent, timestamp) for security and operational purposes, the same as most web hosts do by default. We don’t separately collect or review this data ourselves.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use your browser’s local storage (not cookies) for one thing only: remembering that you’ve already unlocked the site during our beta access period, so you’re not asked again on every visit. This stays on your device and is never sent to us or any third party. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.

Third-Party Links

Event listings link out to the venue’s own website, ticketing pages, and social media, and event images are loaded directly from the venue’s (or their ticketing provider’s) own site. Those third parties have their own privacy practices, which we don’t control - this policy only covers Show Gopher itself.

Children’s Privacy

Show Gopher is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we’ll update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

Show Gopher aggregates event listings scraped from third-party venue websites. We make no guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete, or up to date - venues change details and cancel shows without notice to us. Show Gopher is provided for informational convenience only; always verify details with the venue or ticket seller directly before making plans or purchases.

Use of the Site

You agree to use Show Gopher only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a rate that degrades service for other users, or misrepresent original content sourced from Show Gopher as your own.

Third-Party Links & Content

Show Gopher links to, and displays images/content originating from, third-party venue and ticketing websites. We don’t own or control that content and aren’t responsible for it. All venue names, images, and event details remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

Show Gopher is provided “as is” with no warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Show Gopher is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to missed events, incorrect listing details, or reliance on information found here.

These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
